Bratwurst and Bacon Flatbread with Muenster Cheese

Ingredients

• 3 oz, sliced | Bratwurst
• 1 oz, chopped | Naturally Smoked Traditional Bacon
• 2 oz, shredded | Muenster
• 1 oz | Honey Mustard
• 1 oz | Caramelized onions, Prepared
• 1 oz | Apricot preserves, Prepared
• 1 each | Flatbread or Naan, Prepared
• 4 sprigs | Italian parsley, Washed

Method

1. Preheat oven to 420° F. with a pizza stone
2. Combine the honey mustard and apricot preserves in a small mixing bowl. Spread over the flatbread.
3. Spread caramelized onions over the jam mixture
4. Sprinkle half of the Muenster cheese over the onions
5. Spread the remaining cheese over the meats
6. Bake for approximately 5 minutes or until crust is golden brown and the cheese if fully melted
7. Cut into pieces and garnish with the parsley sprigs
