Deluxe Ham & Swiss Cheese Sandwich with Hot Honey

Ingredients
- 4 oz | Deluxe Ham
- 2 oz | Mild Swiss
- 2tsp | Delicatessen Mustard
- 2 slices | Artisan Bread
- 1 tsp | Hot honey for drizzling
Method
- Preheat a griddle over medium heat. Add pat of butter.
- Spread mustard evenly on each slice of bread.
- Layer ham and cheese on one slice. Place on heated griddle.
- Let cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from griddle.
- Drizzle hot honey over top.
- Close the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread.
- Enjoy!
