Bold BourbonRidge Ham & Gruyere Melt with Bourbon Honey Mustard

Ingredients

• 4 oz | Bold BourbonRidge® Uncured Smoked Ham
• 2 oz | Blanc Gruyere
• 3/4 oz | Squeeze Honey Mustard
• 1 tsp | Bourbon
• 2 | Artisan White Bread, thick slice
• 1 oz | Mayonnaise

Method

1. In a mixing bowl combine honey mustard and bourbon
2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread
3. Place mayo side down on a flattop griddle
4. Add 1 oz of cheese on each slice of bread and toast until cheese is melted and bread is toasted
5. Add 2 oz of ham on top of each slice of toasted bread
6. Add bourbon honey mustard on top of ham and close sandwich
7. Allow to rest on the griddle for 1-2 minutes to slightly warm ham
8. Remove from griddle, cut in half and serve
